ARCA Series invaded Brlin.

Thunder Rumbles on the Race Track for the Federated Auto Parts 200!

An "Almost Full" moon set the mood for yet another perfect night of summer racing at the Berlin Raceway and Entertainment Complex! 26 visiting ARCA Series cars made the visit to the Berlin Raceway 7/16 mile and gave us a night of great racing, loud engines and beautiful looking race cars. The Sportsman and Super Stocks also joined in the action for the evening!

The Enterprise Iron and Metal Sportsman were first up with a very tight points battle with just a handful for events to go in the season! Randy Veldman had a slim points leads over Brian Thome, and it was Veldman this week who was able to return to the Great Clips Victory Lane, setting up at very tight points chance heading into the end of the season!

Last Years Super Stock Champion Seth Moody once again proved why he was the champion the previous year! Seth was able to work his way through a strong field including Brian Tillema and Brian Vanzalen to pull off the win as the sun began to set!

The ARCA Racing Series Presented by Menards Federated Auto Parts was the final race of the evening, and featured 26 cars for it's starting field. Ken Schrader made his return Berlin Raceway after an almost 15 year hiatus. Other names like Frank Kimmel were also back to do battle in the 200 lap race which featured live pits stops. The race had only a few yellow flags and when it was all said and done Grant Enfinger of Alabama was able to win by almost a full straightaway of Austin Wayne who finished second with 8 cars running on the lead lap at the drop of the checkered!
