Kyle Busch, David Ragan, Ross Kenseth, Gilliland, Campbell, Brooks,

Kalamazoo Klash XXII featuring Outlaw Super Late Models and ARCA/CRA
Super Series drivers

Kalamazoo, MI – The cornerstone event of the 2014 season at Kalamazoo
Speedway is right around the corner with less than a week before some of
the nations most talented and followed race drivers ascend on southwest
lower Michigan. The “Klash” will take place on Wednesday night, August
13 at 6:30 p.m. is presented by Boyne Machine and Enterprise Iron and
Metal, and will be headlined by NASCAR Champion and short-track ace Kyle
Busch who will race at “The Zoo” for the very first time.

The Outlaw Super Late Model field includes early confirmed entries from
drivers such as Terry Senneker, Mike Brooks, Tom Thomas, Andy Bozell,
Scott Hantz, Brian Bergakker and Adam Terry to name a couple. Other
names include Raber, Landis, Maxim, Foote, Shannon, Russell and Ganus
among the 37 currently pre-entered drivers with more anticipated, who
will all be vying for the $10,000 winners purse and trophy.

Kyle Busch, who takes on the nickname ‘Rowdy’ as made famous in the
movie Days of Thunder driving the #51, will pull rare short-track
double-duty, driving a Toyota powered Outlaw Super Late Model fielded by
legend Bob Blount, as well as his own Kyle Busch Motorsports #51 Toyota
Camry ARCA/CRA Super Series car.

The Boyne Machine Company 100 Template Super Late Model field appears to
be just as strong with entries including Ross Kenseth, Todd Gilliland,
David Ragan, Brian Campbell, Johnny VanDoorn, Travis Braden, Joe Bush,
and Chad Finley to name a handful. The ARCA/CRA Super Series always puts
on some of the best side-by-side short track racing anywhere, and will
be the $5,000-to-win prelude to the outlaw event, making it easily one
of the largest short track racing nights of the 2014 season anywhere in
the country.
